My name is Kevin Waggoner and I was born on February 15, 1990. For the past 2 years I have studied and worked in graphic and web design. It all started when I became an IMVU Content Creator in '08 as a texture artist and over those 2 years I have improved, becoming more skilled in what I call a hobby, and a slow building career. Eventually close to the end of '09 I purchased web-space and begun constructing my own websites for various things, my slow building business and services and so on. I am creating a name for myself, and I will not stop until I reach my goal, and that is to be THE Kevin James Waggoner.
